The Company

The Asian Institute of Excellence (AIE) was set up in 2014 as the need for efficiency, quality and productivity in Sri Lanka and the SAARC region became increasingly critical right throughout their value chain. AIE considers the European Framework for Quality Managment (EFQM) and the Baldbridge Business Model appropriate for South Asia as well.
The Asian Institute of Excellence ( AIE) enables companies of all sizes achieve their performance dreams through continuous improvement of people, processes and systems. We use a range of tools from Kaizen to Lean Six Sigma to assist corporates get to the next level.

We have a strong emphasis on the Asian sector as this is where there is a lot of waste in processes which hinders companies from becoming more competitive. Unlike in Europe, the image and assistance that Lean Six Sigma experts can provide companies is much less known.

We are particularly focused on the Construction sector, which is deemed worldwide to be one of the most inefficient and wasteful sectors. The cost savings in this sector can easily exceed 5 % and can reach up to 25% or more. In addition, the investors get the benefit of getting their projects completed on time.

We want to help create high-performance organisations. Our goal is to help our clients reach their goals. We believe in the transparency of our work and request that our clients work with us in collaboration, and not for us to operate in isolation.

Our premise is simple. We’ll do what we say we will do. We’ll do it at a low cost whilst ensuring we deliver to your specific requirements.
